These terms describe permitted use of MygrateUs and core service boundaries for the current MVP release.
Service scope
- MygrateUs provides planning, organisation, and reminder tooling for relocation workflows.
- MygrateUs is not legal advice and does not replace government or regulated legal guidance.
- You remain responsible for confirming official immigration requirements before acting.
Account and acceptable use
- You are responsible for activity under your account credentials.
- Do not use the service to abuse APIs, probe security, or access data that is not yours.
- Automated abuse, scraping, and denial-of-service behavior are prohibited.
Data and third-party services
- Document uploads and profile data are processed to power the product features you use.
- When language translation is enabled and requested by an authenticated user, selected page text is sent to Google Cloud Translation API.
- Third-party services have their own terms and privacy obligations.
Limits and updates
- Features, route guidance content, and integrations may change over time.
- The service is provided on an as-available basis without guaranteed outcomes.
- Policy/terms versions are tracked at registration for consent records.
