Important current-release clarification
- The Plans page is a preview and feature-gating tool, not a live checkout.
- Illustrative pricing on the site does not by itself create a paid subscription.
- If paid billing is launched later, MygrateUs should publish separate charging, renewal, cancellation, and refund terms before taking payment.
Service scope
- MygrateUs provides planning, organisation, and reminder tooling for relocation workflows.
- MygrateUs is not legal advice and does not replace government or regulated legal guidance.
- You remain responsible for confirming official immigration requirements before acting.
Account and acceptable use
- You are responsible for activity under your account credentials and for keeping your login details secure.
- Provide accurate account information and keep your recovery email current.
- Do not use the service to abuse APIs, probe security, upload unlawful material, or access data that is not yours.
- Automated abuse, scraping, and denial-of-service behavior are prohibited.
Uploads, translation, and third-party services
- Document uploads and profile data are processed to power the product features you choose to use.
- You remain responsible for the legality, accuracy, and rights status of content you upload to your account.
- When you request page translation, selected page text is sent to Langbly to complete that translation request.
- Third-party services such as hosting, email delivery, and translation providers have their own terms and privacy practices.
Plans, pricing, and current release status
- The current Plans page is a non-billable feature preview and does not create a paid subscription or collect payment.
- Illustrative pricing shown on the site is not a checkout flow and does not by itself create a contract for paid services.
- If live billing is introduced later, MygrateUs should publish clear pricing, renewal, cancellation, and refund terms before charging users.
Availability, suspension, and limits of liability
- Features, route guidance content, and integrations may change over time.
- MygrateUs may suspend or restrict access to protect the service, investigate misuse, or respond to security issues.
- Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where the law does not allow that.
- Subject to that, the service is provided on an as-available basis for planning support and does not guarantee immigration outcomes, visa approvals, or uninterrupted availability.
- Policy and terms versions are tracked at registration for consent records.
